Anonymous data we collect

At Snipline, we gather and record non-personally-identifying information to better understand how Snipline's visitors use its website and applications. Personalised data we collect

We collect personalised data, mostly for account creation, billing and support queries this includes.

Except for billing information, the personalised data you share with Snipline is stored in the Snipline app and held in our database, we do not share this with third parties.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

For the purpose of payment processing, we will need to share your details with a payment gateway provider Stripe. This information will include name, card details, billing address. For more information on how your data is stored, you can check Stripe’s privacy policy.

We also use Freshdesk for our support and ticketing system. When you email us via hello@snipline.io, your email and name will be stored in the Freshdesk system. For more information on how your data is stored, you can check out the Freshdesk privacy policy.

If you have an account on Snipline, your name and email will be synced with Freshchat, the live chat system we use on the website. For more information on how your data is stored, you can check out the Freshdesk privacy policy.

How long we retain your data

IP addresses are collected in our server log files for the purpose of detecting and preventing fraud and unauthorized system access and ensuring the security of your systems. These are cleared and deleted every 14 days.

We retain your personalised data for as long as you have an active account with us, if you cancel your account we retain your data for up to 6 months after. This is to allow you to restart your subscription in the future, after this it is permanently removed from our systems.

Your rights

You have the following data protection rights:

• You can request access, correction, updates or deletion of your personal information.
• You can object to the processing of your personal information, ask us to restrict processing of your personal information or request portability of your personal information.

Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
